All of these items may be used in the library free of charge. We also have scrapbooking paper available to purchase for ten cents a sheet.
Tombstone Pictures
Athalia Taylor, director of Decatur County Library is pleased to announce she will take pictures of tombstones for family research. There is no cost for this service. Please e-mail information concerning deceased including name, date of birth and death, place of burial. I understand some of this may not be known but I will be able to be more accurate if all information is given. My e-mail address is taylora@decaturcountytn.org. I will send you a digital picture via e-mail of requested tombstone(s). My main area is Decatur County but I will go into my surrounding counties if the graveyards are not to far from our county line.
